As a Managing Partner and Director of Operations and Compliance, I oversee and lead the firm’s operational, regulatory, and service infrastructure, ensuring that every aspect of the client experience is delivered with precision, consistency, and integrity. With more than 30 years in operations and management, my role is to ensure the structure behind our firm allows both our strategies and our client relationships to thrive.
A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, I began my career at Texas Instruments in Dallas, spending 20 years in global HR operations before moving into financial services. That experience shaped my commitment to discipline, precision, and thoughtful process—qualities I bring to every aspect of my work today.
I hold the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, along with insurance licensing, and am dedicated to creating an environment where trust, accuracy, and accountability are at the core of every client experience.
